Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• 15+ years in pharmacy operations with 5+ years in senior management.
• Experience with high-volume operations such as specialty or mail-order pharmacy.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and improve KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume pharmacy operation.
• Drive efficiency, accuracy, turnaround times, and service-level performance while ensuring compliance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (fill rates, accuracy, cost per prescription, productivity, satisfaction).
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale prescription volume.
• Oversee automation, technology, and systems to improve efficiency.
• Ensure effective inventory management and cold chain oversight.
