Job summary

MRV Banks is hiring a Full Time Personal Banker for our St. Charles, MO branch. You will open/maintain deposits, assist with teller transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools.

This role emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and relationship-building to help neighbors meet financial goals. On-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $18/hr, with market adjustments based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (some college a plus)
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
• Friendly, solution-oriented mindset and reliability
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Prior banking preferred

Responsibilities

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance
• Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs
