BCD Health Partners LLC seeks a Pediatric Medical Biller to join our Central Business Office team. This full-time, onsite role supports our pediatric Care Centers with claim submission, payment posting, denial follow up, account resolution, and other billing cycle tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prev. medical billing or pediatric billing preferred.
• Medical billing/coding certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review charges and make corrections as needed.
• Ensure claims are accurate before submission.
• Review batch reports and resolve rejected claims.
• Follow up on denied or underpaid claims.
• Communicate with insurers about claims and reimbursements.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately.
• Review EOBs and respond to patient billing questions.
• Maintain accurate patient account information.
• Follow HIPAA and billing procedures.
• Perform other billing-related duties as needed.
