Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking an experienced PCMS/IDMS Administrator to manage inspection data and ensure accurate reporting across Cheyenne, WY and Louisiana, MO facilities. You will maintain the PCMS/IDMS database, oversee records and asset hierarchies, validate data, and support planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key requirements include 5+ years with IDMS/PCMS, RBI knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with IDMS platforms or 2+ years administering PCMS.
• Experience supporting Mechanical Integrity or Asset Integrity programs in chemical, petrochemical, refining, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of RBI, inspection planning, and fixed equipment including pressure vessels, piping, tanks, and relief devices.
• Familiarity with API, ASME NBIC, NACE, STI.
• Experience managing inspection data, equipment hierarchies, CMLs/TMLs, and generating reports or KPIs.
• Strong Excel and Office skills for analyzing technical data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the PCMS/IDMS inspection database.
• Manage inspection records, equipment histories, CMLs/TMLs, and asset hierarchies.
• Review, validate, and analyze inspection data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support inspection planning, scheduling, and maintenance activities.
• Clean, map, and validate legacy inspection data.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Generate reports and KPI for Mechanical and Asset Integrity programs.
• Apply RBI methodology when reviewing results.
• Support process improvements and optimization of inspection workflows.
• Troubleshoot database issues and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with inspectors, engineers, reliability teams, and plant personnel.
