Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Mechanics Supervisor to lead mechanic crews and oversee maintenance of plant equipment and facilities at the Cheyenne, WY site. You will monitor maintenance activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with engineers, planners, and operations to meet commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, LOTO expertise, and a TWIC card. Candidates should be team players willing to work overtime and travel as needed to keep the plant running.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Must understand and perform lockout tagout (LOTO).
• Willingness to work overtime and be on call as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanic crews in maintaining all related plant equipment and facilities.
• Monitor maintenance activity and adjust to meet internal and external commitments.
• Promote safe working conditions and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Coordinate maintenance work with engineers, planners and operations.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs and in training personnel.
