Qualifications

• Proven payroll/timekeeping experience.
• Preferred construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Timerack and Avionte is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll weekly.
• Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain payroll records and audit reports.
