DelRicht Research in Charleston is seeking a full-time, onsite Patient Coordinator to join our clinic. You will work closely with patients and the clinic team to coordinate study visits, follow clinical trial protocols, and help the clinic run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of professional experience who learns quickly, communicates confidently, and is eager to grow toward leadership as the site expands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment in fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• Decisive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to step up when needed.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution in our Charleston clinic, ensuring overall clinic operations.
• Coordinate study visits and follow clinical trial protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure site compliance.
• Help the clinic operate efficiently and communicate clearly with internal teammates and cross-functional partners.
• Escalate issues appropriately and make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Prepare for upcoming study volume, including vaccine-related trials, and support patient recruitment.
