Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or demonstrated work maturity.
• Preferred healthcare experience or exposure to patient-facing environments.
• No clinical research experience required—we will train.
• onsite Monday–Friday. Candidates must handle a demanding schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into a professional, supportive, and efficient clinic environment.
• Prepare and carry out clinical visits with attention to detail and documentation.
• Help manage high patient visit volumes to strengthen site capacity.
• Maintain consistent patient communication to support attendance and engagement.
• Keep study information updated in required systems and records.
• Coordinate clinic flow with physicians, team members, and study stakeholders.
• Provide responsive, professional communication to sponsors, clients, and partners.
• Support site leadership with accountability and readiness to learn clinical research operations.
