Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Associate/Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in patient access or registration is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients for all pertinent account information.
• Verify insurance and collect patient liability amounts.
• Ensure signatures are obtained for treatment.
• Check physician orders and attach to patient records.
• Print and collate paperwork for distribution to units.
