Ensemble is hiring an entry level Patient Access Specialist to work on-site at Ardent - UT Health Tyler in Tyler, TX. You will perform admitting duties for all patients, verify insurance, and guide patients through the intake process with compassionate service.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI.
• CRCR within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Collect insurance information and conduct POS collections; verify eligibility.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent forms and patient education materials.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide compassionate customer service.
• Audit accounts for accuracy and support POS/billing processes for a clean claim rate.
