Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health in American Fork, Utah, is seeking a Part-Time Therapist for the AFFC. You will provide direct and indirect behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, collaborative setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client success and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant clinical field.
• Utah licensure or ability to obtain before starting.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client goals.
• Maintain a caseload and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
