Allied OneSource, LLC. invites you to join as a Public Health Call Center Agent (Part-time) in Topeka, KS. You will conduct scripted phone interviews to support a large health study and help collect accurate data in a friendly, professional manner.

This onsite, part-time role requires at least 15 hours per week, including one weekend shift, with evening availability and training sessions in late June. A high school diploma and customer service experience are a plus.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication and a clear phone voice.
• Ability to follow scripts and remain professional and neutral.
• Comfortable working on a computer in a structured office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scripted phone interviews with a calm, courteous demeanor
• Accurately record responses and ensure data quality
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet weekly hour requirements
• Provide an unbiased, neutral experience for survey participants
