LHH, a Bellevue-based placement partner, is seeking a Paralegal for landlord/tenant and civil litigation matters in a fully onsite role in Bellevue, WA. You will own cases from intake to resolution, prepare and file documents, manage calendars, and coordinate with clients and counsel in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation required.
• Experience handling landlord-tenant or eviction matters strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and deadlines.
• Strong calendaring, filing, and case management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Prepare, file, and organize legal documents.
• Maintain court calendars and monitor deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys with landlord-tenant and civil litigation matters.
• Track deadlines and proactively address case needs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with county-specific filing requirements.
