Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product packaging design and production (CPG, pharma, or supplement preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, print-ready packaging files using approved brand and compliance standards.
• Translate formulation changes and brand updates into clean, FDA-compliant label designs.
• Support multiple brand lines and SKUs with packaging updates and production art.
• Manage project timelines using internal workflow tools, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality control.
• Ensure all designs meet printing specs and production requirements.
• Maintain consistent file naming and version control throughout the design lifecycle.
