Qualifications

• Requires engineering or science degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with packaging materials and distribution environments
• Experience performing packaging validation activities and ASTM/ISTA testing standards

Responsibilities

• Design and develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
• Select packaging materials (corrugated boxes, plastics, foam, paper, films)
• Reduce packaging costs while protecting products
• Support new product launches with packaging specs
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate new materials and technologies
• Lead continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
