Job summary

KEITH is seeking an experienced Resident Project Representative to provide full-time onsite construction observation and field coordination for a major Delray Beach project. You will act as the Owner's representative, monitor daily activities, ensure progress per plans, schedule, and quality, and communicate with the design team, contractor, and regulators.

You will maintain thorough field notes, prepare daily reports, observe testing, and support RFIs, submittals, and final closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction observation, inspection, and field coordination.
• Knowledge of contract documents, plans, specs, and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare field reports.
• Proficiency with construction management software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's onsite representative during daily construction activities.
• Observe work for compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
• Maintain continuous onsite presence during active construction operations.
• Prepare detailed daily reports including progress, labor, equipment, and weather.
• Coordinate with senior manager and stakeholders to address field issues.
• Attend progress meetings, RFIs, submittals, and field inspections.
• Assist with change documentation and payment quantity verifications.
• Support commissioning and final project acceptance.
