Job summary

Eichleay is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative on a major plant expansion project near Fresno, California. This onsite role oversees construction execution and ensures safety, quality, schedule, and cost alignment throughout a fixed-term assignment through August 2027.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management or related delivery experience.
• Experience on industrial, manufacturing or process facility projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with General Contractors in a field setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s onsite representative during construction execution.
• Oversee field activities performed by the General Contractor.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals to maintain momentum.
• Work with the owner’s team to address risks and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of owner-furnished equipment.
• Maintain master schedule with the project team.
• liaison between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare and present project updates to the client.
