Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO is hiring an RN for the Perioperative/Operating Room team. This full-time, 80 hours per pay period position works days onsite with no remote option. Compensation ranges from $38.91 to $60.31 per hour, dependent on experience.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure with BLS and 6 months OR experience or UCHealth Fellowship. BSN is preferred. Expect collaboration in a high-tempo environment focused on safety, education, and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with state licensure.
• BLS certification with card in-hand before start date.
• Preferred: CNOR and 6 months OR RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model wellness, patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
• Precept and onboard new staff and learners.
