Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent, dependable attendance and performance.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate with team members and managers professionally, verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate train movements and terminal operations with accuracy.
• Lead, train, and develop team members in safety and Watco operating principles.
• Assist the Terminal Manager in overseeing daily operations, safety, and financial stewardship.
• Represent the company in customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
