Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Operations Manager to oversee and execute one or more projects, ensuring revenue, profit and loss, and on-site staff and equipment are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), have 3+ years experience in rental equipment or construction, and be willing to travel as required. Proficiency in MS Office and project-management skills are valued in our safety-focused culture.

Job Description Summary

Operations Manager Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. Education or experience that prepares you for success: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries Ability to travel as required to perform duties Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Mechanical aptitude MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system Project management skills Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 112,682.90

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):

• 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service
