Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Onsite Operations Manager to lead the execution of simultaneous projects, ensuring delivery, P&L accountability, and efficient dispatch. The role requires directing staff, managing facilities and equipment, and coordinating travel as needed to meet customer needs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected along with 3+ years in rental construction, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Wynne system for project management.

Job Description Summary

Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

Education or experience that prepares you for success

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries Ability to travel as required to perform duties Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Mechanical aptitude MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system Project management skills

Base Pay Range:

$65,000.00 - 112,682.90 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
