Job summary

Kelly Services is recruiting for a Clerk II – Operations Clerk I to support DoorDash on-site across San Francisco/Peninsula or New York City. This temporary, part-time position runs 10 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 2 PM, with daily local travel to client offices.

You will launch new customers on the platform, ensure high-quality onsite meals experiences, and assist in optimizing market operations for a fast-growing DoorDash for Business product.

Qualifications

• Based in San Francisco/Peninsula or New York City and willing to travel locally each day.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Ability to learn and teach others the Meal Manager platform.
• High attention to detail with a reliable, proactive attitude.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in operations, support, customer interviews, or sales—preferably in hospitality or food-related industries.
• No remote option; onsite work required.

Responsibilities

• Launch and onboard new customers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving pain points onsite.
• Represent DoorDash, manage product quality and performance for key clients.
• Collect client feedback, identify issues, and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Troubleshoot and support clients with the Meal Manager platform.
• Travel daily to different client offices within your city.
