Job summary

Rudd Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking an Operational Accountant to join our Louisville office onsite. Under general supervision, you will perform data analysis, inventory analysis, and financial analysis, helping identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.

You will work with ERP systems and BI tools, coordinate with auditors and department leads, and grow into higher responsibilities as you contribute to accuracy and efficiency across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college.
• 3–5 years accounting or finance experience required.
• Experience with SQL.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and financial forecasting.
• Monitor inventory cycle counts and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings.
• Collaborate with auditors and process owners.
• Support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
