HV Talent Group is seeking a Pharmacy Manager – Hematology/Oncology in Boston, MA. This full‑time, onsite leadership role will oversee oncology pharmacy operations, manage a pharmacy team, and partner with clinical and hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes and safety.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, licensing in MA, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Pharmacy degree from an accredited program (B.Pharm or PharmD).
• Massachusetts Pharmacist license required by hire date.
• Experience leading Hematology/Oncology pharmacy operations preferred.
• Professional leadership or management background in a pharmacy setting is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Hematology/Oncology pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to promote safe, efficient services.
• Oversee procurement, preparation, storage, dispensing, and distribution of medications.
• Manage cost and utilization of high‑cost therapies and specialty meds.
• Guide projects from planning through presentation to senior leadership.
