• Perform seawater eDNA extractions, PCR and sequencing library prep.
• Run Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing workflows.
• Design and optimize sequencing data pipelines and databases.
• Analyze sequencing results and ensure reproducible workflows.
• Develop long-term biodiversity databases for regional observations.
