Mass General Brigham's Occupational Therapy team is seeking a Per Diem Inpatient Occupational Therapist to provide skilled assessments, develop treatment plans, implement therapy, and educate patients and families in a hospital setting.

This onsite role in Charlestown, MA requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation colleagues, plus strong documentation and communication skills; MA OT license and BLS are required.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• MA OT license required
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Experience: 0-1 year preferred in inpatient/long-term care settings

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
