Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for its onsite Occupational Medicine practice in Plano, TX. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in urgent care/occupational medicine, with duties covering work injuries, non-injury physicals, travel health, and wellness. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with licensure in the applicable state.
• Board certification as a PA or NP is required or expected.
• FMCSA NRCME certification is preferred or will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and compile medical data and examination results.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage care plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment regimens and health maintenance.
• Deliver quality occupational medicine care in a busy onsite setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in continuous improvement.
