Concentra in Madison, WI seeks an experienced RN for an on-site clinic, PRN coverage with a 1 day/week schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM–4 PM). You will support practitioners, assist with examinations, phlebotomy, and a range of administrative tasks while ensuring a compassionate patient experience.

Required BSN, WI RN license, UDS/BAT/PFT/FIT certifications, and at least 1 year in occupational health. We value service mindset, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed (WI).
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens with chain of custody.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and inventory.
• Maintain confidential health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform front office duties (check-in/out, calls).
• Dispense medications as directed and per state regs.
• Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms).
• Provide excellent customer service and patient experience.
• Adapt to scheduling changes and multi-task in busy clinic.
