Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an Onsite Occupational Health Registered Nurse I to promote, protect, and restore workers’ health at our Evendale location in Ohio. The role focuses on health promotion, injury prevention, and evidence-based care within a collaborative team.

The RN will conduct screening, counseling, and case management while supporting wellness programs and emergency preparedness in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in occupational health, wellness, prevention, or condition management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote, protect, and restore workers' health within a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with workers, employers, and professionals to plan and evaluate interventions.
• Provide health education, screening, counseling, and disease management support.
• Lead or support case management and early return-to-work programs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations.
