TriHealth Occupational Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join our onsite team at GE Aerospace in Evendale, Ohio. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on promoting, protecting, and restoring workers' health in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

The RN will develop and implement health programs, provide education and screening, deliver first aid as needed, and coordinate with HR and benefits to support wellness and attendance. Strong communication and OSHA knowledge are essential.

Competenze

Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
Current Ohio RN licensure required.
Occupational health, wellness, prevention, or condition management experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

Promotes and protects workers' health within a safe work environment.
Collaborates with clients to monitor and report outcomes of health programs.
Develops and operates the occupational health program per guidelines and regulations.
Provides health education, screening, counseling, and disease management support.
Performs pre/post absence and disability risk assessments and supports return-to-work initiatives.
Manages case oversight and coordinates with HR, Workers Comp, and benefits.
