Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) seeks an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Ellendale, ND. You will deliver injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care, and collaborate with MMC leadership and client teams to maintain a safe, productive worksite.

Responsibilities include site safety support, orientation and drug testing, and meticulous EMR documentation. A ND paramedic license and 2+ years of experience are required; OSHA-10 and advanced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience.
• Active North Dakota Paramedic license.
• Occupational health experience.
• Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred.
• OSHA-10 within 90 days (company provided).
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care
• Assess occupational & non‑occupational injuries using evidence‑based protocols
• Document all care in EMR (Cority)
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification
• Conduct new‑hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts
