Medcor in Decatur, IL is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our onsite occupational health team. You will provide hands-on patient care, respond to workplace injuries and medical emergencies, and help employees stay healthy and safe in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills within your licensed scope of practice.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in an onsite clinic environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to medical emergencies, assess patients, provide appropriate treatment, and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
• Evaluate injured employees and guide treatment using established clinical protocols.
• Support workers' compensation cases, injury management, and return-to-work coordination.
• Assist with OSHA documentation, injury tracking, and occupational health record-keeping.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic medical records.
