Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver onsite occupational health services at our Columbus, IN site. You will perform assessments, document care, educate employees, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support health and productivity.

The role covers a January/February 2027 leave with availability shifts from 6a-4:30p; includes 4x 10-hour shifts per week and a focus on return-to-work, safety, and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Current APRN / Nurse Practitioner License in state of practice (or eligible).
• Licensed Prescriptive Authority as an APRN; Current DEA licensure.
• Established Collaborative Practice Agreement where applicable.
• State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law.
• Current CPR certification.
• Will be required to either hold or complete certification in audiometry, drug screening, and spirometry upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to client employees while meeting client expectations for timely resolution and support.
• Apply clinical experience to conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support employee function, recovery, and resilience.
• Provide preventative and restorative services and coordinate early interventions for job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility training, and workstation evaluations.
• Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics such as bloodborne pathogens, universal precautions, safe lifting techniques, body mechanics, and OSHA surveillance.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership.
• Utilize EMRs and maintain strong organization and computer skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies.
• Manage program workflows including return to work, stay at work, and LOA management.
• Assist with Return to Work and restriction management for leave of absence cases (WC, STD/LTD).
