Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping a product from zero to one.
• Prior startup experience and hands-on coding mindset.
• Strong frontend and backend development with TS/JS/React/Next.js.
• Backend with Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or Go.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, APIs, cloud infra, and deployments.
• Hands-on integrating LLMs into production apps.
• Experience with AI agents, RAG, tools, embeddings, multimodal AI, or voice AI.
• Ability to operate with limited direction and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack products from zero to one and iterate rapidly.
• Develop modern frontend apps using React/Next.js.
• Create backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Incorporate AI features using LLMs and multimodal models.
• Build AI agents that use tools and interact with systems.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases.
• Integrate voice AI and real-time conversational systems.
• Implement tool calling, model routing, and human approvals.
• Assess AI performance with testing and monitoring.
• Improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
