Job summary

Storm3 in New York City is seeking a Deployment Strategist to support AI-driven healthcare automation. This onsite role offers $140k–$190k base plus equity and you will own implementations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.

You’ll coordinate across engineering and customer stakeholders, run UAT, manage production cutover, and lead post-launch account health reviews as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running complex software implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiar with APIs and configuration interfaces; coordinate technical workstreams.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream projects with deadlines.
• Experience as primary client POC—build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Hands-on, action-oriented mindset; able to drive work without delegation.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from kickoff to go-live with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Execute non-engineering onboarding tasks and configure the platform where tooling allows.
• Be the primary customer point of contact and manage post-launch communications.
• Run UAT, coordinate testing, and oversee production cutover and IVR redirect.
• Lead post-launch account reviews and surface expansion signals to sales.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with engineering.
