Job summary

Premise Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an onsite employee health clinic in Minnesota. The provider will offer primary and same-day care within an established clinical team, manage adult employee patients, and handle occupational health needs with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an active NP or PA license, national certification, and BLS; prior experience in primary care or employee health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• Current national NP or PA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, occupational health or employee health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to an adult employee population.
• Evaluate and treat same-day and acute care needs.
• Assess illnesses and minor injuries and work-related injuries.
• Support workers' compensation cases within the onsite clinic.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests; prescribe meds where allowed.
• Provide preventive care and wellness counseling; ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with onsite clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
