• 8+ years of progressive accounting with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead an accounting team and meet deadlines.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience in nonprofit/multi-program environment.
• Comfort coordinating with senior leadership and making sound decisions.
• Hands-on management style with coaching ability.
• Onsite in Newark, NJ, Monday through Friday.
