Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable medical devices and instruments.
• Operates sterile processing equipment (washers, sterilizers) per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Inspects instruments for cleanliness and functionality; identifies items needing repair or replacement.
• Assembles trays and equipment per standardized listings and quality standards.
• Uses instrument tracking to maintain traceability of devices.
