Qualifications

5 years of networking or related field experience.
Strong knowledge of network architecture, design, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience with routing technologies; BGP preferred.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, monitor, maintain, and support network systems across multiple environments.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and implement corrective actions.
Support network security technologies to protect internal systems and external services.
Conduct routine security assessments across LAN/WAN, telecoms, voice, and network environments.
Configure and support routing, switching, firewalls, and other networking technologies.
Work with routing technologies, including BGP.
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures (MOP).
Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and obtain support.
Track issues and tickets through resolution.
Assist with infrastructure planning and equipment specs.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
