National Machinery, LLC is seeking a Developer (NET and C#) to join our IT team for an onsite role in Ohio. We are a world-class manufacturer of cold forming machinery with a focus on innovation and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of professional software development experience, is proficient in C#, VB.NET, REST APIs, and SQL, and can contribute across the full SDLC. On-site work, collaboration with engineering and production teams, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Knowledge of SQL programming for database management and queries.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Prior experience supporting software in an engineering or production setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#.
• Build and support integrations between business systems using REST APIs.
• Assist in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging to ensure software functionality.
• Provide technical support and solutions tailored to an engineering and production environment.
• Maintain and modernize existing VB.NET applications.
