Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering deployed technical support or field network operations.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching including Layer 2/3 tech.
• Troubleshoot and configure enterprise systems with OSPF/EIGRP/BGP routing.
• Proficient with TCP/UDP networking fundamentals.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably military networks.
• Willingness to travel, including OCONUS travel.
• Active Secret Clearance required; CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide network technical advice during deployment planning phases.
• Deliver rapid troubleshooting and coordinate solutions during live deployments.
• Support and administer enterprise network components (routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD, Exchange).
• Perform system configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for deployed units.
• Assist in IA training development and delivery for deploying units.
• Support D-30 deployment readiness and document outcomes using templates.
• Identify hardware/software needs and coordinate procurement and transport.
• Coordinate foreign country clearance, visas, and readiness for OCONUS travel.
• Manage returns, restock, and accountability of equipment; support import/export requirements.
• Collaborate with regional leads across 14 regions and engage traveling field engineers.
