Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting is seeking a Junior Business Administration Analyst to join the team supporting the U.S. Navy in Washington, D.C.

This onsite role at the Washington Navy Yard requires strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with leadership within PMS 326. You will use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to develop briefs, tracking systems, and programmatic documents, and will collaborate with government leaders and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• As an Action Officer, manage open items related to organizational operations and admin processes.
• Organize program office information in SharePoint for senior leadership access.
• Develop SOPs and policies to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare PMR inputs, presentations, briefs, and country correspondence.
• Research and analyze administrative issues and customer needs; propose COAs.
