Qualifications

• Proven experience using the Adobe Creative Suite to create professional design assets.
• Experience in digital photography and videography, including shooting and basic post‑production editing.
• Experience performing website content updates through a CMS.
• Experience developing or maintaining a professional content calendar for social media platforms.
• Applied knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout as evidenced in a professional portfolio.
• Experience designing for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create brand‑aligned graphics for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop and manage a proactive social media content calendar.
• Perform regular website updates and content entry via Drupal.
• Provide on‑site photography and videography for agency events.
• Apply core design principles to ensure a consistent, professional image.
