• Proven experience leading large-scale construction or renovation projects.
• Experience with Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite construction operations across multiple renovation scopes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and workforce scheduling.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and overall field execution.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, ownership groups, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, purchasing, and change orders while maintaining cost control.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
