Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Mission Integration Engineer for an onsite role at Patuxent River, MD. The engineer will bridge operational warfighting concepts with system-of-systems requirements, decomposing naval task lists into actionable mission threads and ICTBs to shape future naval investments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support NCIP IPT, and utilize MBSE to model mission architectures while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience analyzing military mission areas, CONEMPs, and kill chains.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, or related scientific discipline required.
• Military warfare center of excellence TTPs curriculum graduate preferred (e.g., TOPGUN, MAWTS-1, EAWS, CAEWWS, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Support the PMA-298 NCIP IPT.
• Analyze and decompose UJTLs and UNT Ls into functional parts, mission threads, and requirements.
• Integrate with cross-functional teams to develop CONEMPs, kill chain assessments, and DRM concepts.
• Collaborate with OPNAV and NAVAIR to define baselines and configurations across future epochs.
• Utilize MBSE methods to capture mission architectures in digital models.
• Coordinate technical meetings and sessions across multi-disciplinary experts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
