Job summary

Riot Platforms seeks an Operations Supervisor for our Corsicana, TX site. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and coordinate across departments to meet targets. Training and development of the operations team are key parts of the role, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will supervise staff, enforce policies, monitor equipment, and drive productivity while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2–4 years in operations, production supervision, or similar with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient workflows and compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risk.
• Coordinate tasks across teams for optimal resource use and on-time completion.
• Monitor equipment and system performance; troubleshoot to prevent downtime.
• Conduct inspections to identify hazards and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of operators with coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and departments; escalate updates and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and support incident documentation and continuous improvement.
