Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Millwright for an onsite opportunity in Gouverneur, New York. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position supporting continued mill production through the maintenance and repair of crushers, conveyor systems, industrial slurry pumps and other mechanical equipment.

The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery, hands‑on experience with hand tools, welding equipment and diagnostic tools,

Qualifications

Strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery
Experience using hand tools, welding equipment and diagnostic tools
Welding, fabrication and pipe fitting experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Maintain crushers, conveyors, slurry pumps and related equipment
Support continued production with the mill crew
Perform welding, fabrication and pipe fitting
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures
Maintain accurate records of maintenance
Follow MSHA and company safety procedures
