Cherokee Federal is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Mid) to lead facility and infrastructure planning on site at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. The role requires a CAC and a favorable DoD background check.

You will translate priorities into actionable project requirements and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver SRM and MILCON packages. Ideal candidates have five+ years in engineering project management and three years in military facility projects, with expertise in NexGen IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering project management or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of engineering project-management experience.
• Minimum three years of military facility or infrastructure experience.
• Requires CAC and favorable DoD background check.

Responsabilités

• Translate IDP priorities into actionable project requirements and scopes of work.
• Conduct site visits and scoping charrettes to validate facility and infrastructure deficiencies.
• Develop comprehensive Project Requirement Documents describing scope, existing conditions, and mission impacts.
• Develop, coordinate, route, and track DD Form 1391 packages for SRM and MILCON requirements in NexGen IT/TRIRIGA.
• Evaluate technical alternatives and prepare alternatives-analysis and course-of-action briefs.
• Coordinate with Cost Estimators to assess lifecycle costs, financial feasibility, and mission impacts.
• Coordinate project development with Community Planners, AMP managers, Environmental personnel, Fire/Safety, end users, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project coordination logs, AF Form 332 packages, stakeholder-signature packages, and compliance checklists.
• Serve as a liaison to mission partners, community leaders, and design agencies.
