Responsibilities
Fabricate microfluidic devices for high-throughput tissue engineering.
Lead daily production activities, including quality control.
Support automation of fabrication workflows using robotics.
Plan and coordinate production schedules.
Maintain detailed production logs and QC results.
Develop and maintain inventory systems for materials.
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and device failures.
Document standard operating procedures for processes.
Collaborate with R&D teams to qualify new designs.
