Job summary

Dynamic Metals, LLC is hiring an Onsite Fabricator & Delivery Team Member to fabricate metal panels and safely deliver materials across Florida. The role combines hands-on fabrication with material handling, loading and unloading, and coordinating with dispatch to keep projects moving.

The position requires a CDL A/B license preferred, experience in metal fabrication or roofing materials, and the ability to read work orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders, measurements and basic project specifications.
• Reliable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal panels and materials using shop tools and machinery with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Load, secure, and deliver materials to customers and job sites across Florida safely and on time.
• Support warehouse operations, including staging, receiving, inventory, and product inspection.
• Review work orders, specifications, and project needs to ensure correct materials and measurements.
• Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Based in Florida | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

(Every Other Saturdays, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate metal panels and materials using shop tools and machinery with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Bring

• CDL Class A or B license preferred (clean driving record required)
• Experience in metal fabrication, warehouse operations, roofing materials, delivery, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Ability to safely operate fabrication tools, machinery, and material‑handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and basic project specifications.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors or outdoors as needed.
• Reliable, safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
